All about the “Knitting With Colour” Cornwall Wellness Retreat

Leave behind your busy world for this 4 day, 3 night retreat of knitting, creativity and mindfulness. Inviting all knitting addicts to join this bespoke course, everyone is welcome to share this unique experience in the secluded setting of a stunning Colonial style house in the historic fishing village of Polperro, on the south coast of Cornwall. 

Colour is all around us but we each see it in a different way.  This course will help you choose colours that work for you, have fun with colour and be inspired by others.  You will learn how to knit with colour by learning new techniques and methods, dye your own yarns in a Natural Solar Dye Workshop, create your own designs and work on a project exclusively designed for you. 

Restore some balance and reconnect with yourself and nature discovering miles of spectacular Cornish coastline, take a dip in the sea or have fun with a laughter workshop.  The emphasis of this retreat is having fun and relaxing in a beautiful space while you learn new things. You can do as much or as little as you like, maybe it’s simply knit and natter.  This is YOUR retreat.
