To celebrate the release of my new knitting pattern collection, 20 Aran Headbands Knitting Patterns, here is a free ear warmer headband knitting pattern for you.
This headband is wide, squishy, cosy and easy to knit using any aran or worsted yarn of your choice.
The design of the headband is a garter stitch border with a cable running through the centre.
You can use any aran or worsted thickness yarn to knit the headband and you need 5mm/USA size 8 knitting needles and a suitable cable needle.
You only need around 50g of aran yarn.
The headband shown was knit using Stylecraft Special Aran which is currently on sale as I write this article.
